The team of Etappe Tours and Juliette Tentholidays welcome you to camping Le Perle of the Limburg family Rijkx in the town of Fourneaux.
In the middle of the Limousin, department of Creuse (in the middle of France), you will be welcomed at this cozy campsite getting to know your fellow cyclists with a drink and prepared for tour of this week.
In the evening you can still enjoy a delicious dinner in the campsite restaurant.
Then we check whether the bikes are ready for the first leg to Saint Christophe. In the evening we can have a nice drink before we go to sleep.
Camping Le Perle
The first stage is characterized by a hilly environment, although the highest and longest climb already starts at 18 km. This climb has a length of 10 km with an average gradient of 2.6%
After 135 kilometers you will arrive at the En Campagne campsite. A small campsite with only 30 places, where hospitality is of paramount importance. The tents are on spacious beds. But here too there is room in the evening for socializing with each other or for taking a break.
Camping "en Campagne"
Today, with only 700 meters over 70 kilometers, a short and relatively flat stage is on the program.
After this light stage you will arrive at the 4-star campsite Le Verdoyer with a very cozy atmosphere. There is an opportunity here to eat well and to drink a glass of wine afterwards. The immediate area is hilly and challenging enough to cycle another round in the area. If you prefer swimming, then this campsite has both an outdoor and indoor swimming pool where you can take a refreshing dip!

After a good breakfast we leave around 9.30 am for a relatively light stage. The landscape is characterized by rolling countryside and quiet country lanes.
With 100 kilometers and 1000 meters altitude it is certainly not the toughest stage of this Route Juliette, but it is a nice stage where you can enjoy the surroundings.
Halfway through the afternoon you arrive at the quiet campsite Les Tourterelles
Camping Les Tourterelles
Start the day with a hearty breakfast, because a tough stage is on the program. With a total of 2100 meters of altitude and 132 kilometers, it is the toughest leg of the tour.
The second half of the ride you arrive in the large regional park Millevaches and Limousin.
In this park is also the Domaine De Miaralet, where we meet again. Now have some time to do what you want and prepare for tomorrow again!
Camping Domaine de Mialaret
On this final stage we head north through the beautiful national park "Millevaches and Limousin" again towards the campsite where we started, camping Le Perle.
The route goes through a hilly and wooded area where you travel 1715 meters in 115 kilometers.
In the evening you will be met again by the welcome committee of Stage Tours and Juliette Tent Holidays. On this last evening of the trip we have a big drink and we exchange some more experiences of the week.
